BI Operations Analyst, Creator Partnership Management - USDS
About the positionResponsibilities• Work with finance and Branded Effect PM to determine future budget allocation based on forecast and budget usage• Ensure all new badged partners' signs require SOW paperwork and are compliant• Handle vendor invoices by creating new projects, ensuring correct billing amounts, and entering project details for approval within 60 days• Track all payments and provide clear accounting to finance on budget usage• Act as the SME on vendor payments, answering sales team inquiries about invoices, times, and payments.Requirements• Bachelor's degree in accounting, bookkeeping, or equivalent education/experience• 1+ years in operation, accounting, program management, or equivalent roles• Strong communication skills across diverse functions and teams• Proficient in Excel• Strong attention to detail and patience in ensuring all invoices are paid and no gaps.
