PreferredQualifications:TOSCA certifications (e.g., Automation Specialist, Test Architect). Experience with medium/large web applications, SAP, Salesforce, or other enterprise platforms. Knowledge of performance testing and service virtualization. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). This role will be pivotal in enabling teams to adopt and scale automation practices, ensuring high-quality software delivery.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the implementation and optimization of test automation frameworks using Tricentis TOSCA & Tricentis qTest. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines. - Develop and maintain reusable test assets, modules, and libraries. - Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and training to QA engineers and developers on TOSCA best practices. - Define and enforce automation standards, guidelines, and governance models.- Monitor and report on automation coverage, effectiveness, and ROI. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues across environments. - Stay current with industry trends and advancements in test automation and quality engineering.
