About the positionResponsibilities• Identify key risks in Siemens's operational and financial environment and develop a deep understanding of business processes, goals, and strategies to provide insightful analysis and interpretation to management. • Design and execute comprehensive audits, particularly for global software and technology businesses, addressing identified risks and ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Independently drive assurance objectives, define and align conclusions, and recommend improvements to influence organizational change.• Foster innovation by developing and promoting digital use cases in collaboration with our data analytics team to increase coverage and overall assurance. • Participate in meetings withSenior Management, driving discussions on audit observations, conclusions, and next steps. • Stay current on regulatory requirements and industry trendsRequirements• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in a software/technology company or 4+ years servicing software clients in a Big 4 accounting firm.• 5 to 7 years of experience with various software business models (e.g., Subscription, SaaS)• 5 to 7 years of experience with FP&A, Controlling, and Sales Finance within a software environment. • BS/BA degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Fluent in English (speaking, writing, comprehension). • Must reside in the Iselin, New Jersey, or Plano, TX area as this is a hybrid work environment. • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time.Nice-to-haves• An MBA, CPA, CIA, ACCA, ACA or PMP qualification is highly desirable. • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills. • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI is a plus. • Fluency in other languages along with English. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present recommendations to senior management. • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, often managing multiple projects simultaneously.• Strong understanding of business processes, especially those related to technology companies.
