Analytics Engineer, L6 – Ads DSE, Live Events

Job Description:• Lead the analytics vision for bolthires Live Events, defining and implementing end-to-end analytics frameworks, core metrics, and reporting tools. • Build a scalable roadmap for live content analytics. • Develop deep cross-functional partnerships across product, engineering, data science, content, and ads teams. • Deliver technically robust solutions using a mix of data modeling, experimentation, statistical methods, and strong documentation practices. • Act as a thought leader and domain expert in live content analytics.Requirements:• Advanced training in a quantitative field (Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Economics, etc.) or commensurate work experience. • Leadership (staff level) experience with large-scale data. • Extensive experience in live content and adtech analytics. • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and large-scale streaming ecosystems. • Communication superpower — the ability to communicate, influence, and connect the dots between insights and actions across a variety of stakeholders.• Fluency in SQL, workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow, and at least one analytics and scripting language like Python. • Mentors, brainstorms with, and enables others, especially within your functional area. • Actively builds and fosters technical communities internally and externally. • Exemplary stewardship of bolthires’s culture and values, particularly in terms of selflessness and ensuring open debate of ideas and encouraging inclusion of a variety of perspectives regardless of seniority.Benefits:• Health Plans• Mental Health support• 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match• Stock Option Program• Disability Programs• Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts• Family-forming benefits• Life and Serious Injury Benefits• Paid leave of absence programs• Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off• Full-time salaried employees are immediately entitled to flexible time off Apply tot his job
