The RoleWe’re seeking a detail-oriented Administrative & Data Operations Assistant who can support a fast-moving team by keeping our systems organized, our trackers accurate, and our workflows running smoothly.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, technology, and helping streamline processes in a mission-driven environment. What You’ll DoGoogle Sheets & Data CoordinationMaintain and update multiple Google Sheet trackers (community outreach, project sign-ups, form submissions, event participation, resource logs, etc.)Build and refine templates, dashboard-style views, and organized tabs based on staff needsConsolidate data from Google Forms, Zoho, Salesforce, and other platforms into clean, accessible formatsCommunity Outreach SupportSend welcome emails/texts or email templatesTrack community member onboarding steps and flag follow-upsMonitor incoming submissions and route them appropriatelyProcess & Workflow SupportAssist with refining and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs)Identify steps that can be automated or simplifiedMaintain organized shared-drive folders and help centralize resources from coalition partnersProject SupportUpdate project tasks in Wrike and support staff with ongoing prioritiesPost updates and help maintain organization inside Slack channelsSupport meetings by ensuring trackers and materials are up to dateWhat You Bring3–5 years of administrative support experienceStrong proficiency with Google Drive and Google Sheets (comfortable with formulas and organizing data)Solid communication skills — able to draft clear messages with minimal directionHigh attention to detail and strong organizational instinctsComfort working independently in a remote environmentAbility to juggle multiple tasks while keeping workflows clean and consistentTech-friendly mindset and willingness to learn new tools quicklyPreferred but Not RequiredExperience with Zoho CRM and WrikeNonprofit experienceFamiliarity with ChatGPT or other AI toolsWhat We OfferSupportive remote team environmentWork that directly impacts patients and community membersFlexible part-time hours with potential to grow Apply tot his job
