Provides administrative support. Essential Functions• Provides administrative support for a department ensuring the flow of pertinent information that pertains to vendor invoices, vendor contracts, etc. • Researches, organizes and executes special projects as needed. Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirements. Minimum ExperienceFour (4) years of administrative related experience.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAbility to operate office equipment (e.g., CRT, 10-key by touch). Good oral and written communication skills. Good human relation skills.
