Please click this link to apply: What You’ll Do: • Source & Evaluate – Identify, analyze, and underwrite multifamily investment opportunities throughout the Southeast U.S.• Market Research – Dive deep into operating statements, rent rolls, and market comps to assess trends and investment viability. • Network & Build Relationships – Engage with brokers, lenders, property managers, and industry professionals to uncover both on- and off-market opportunities. • Data-Driven Decision Making – Research demographic, economic, and real estate market data to support underwriting assumptions with confidence. • Lead Due Diligence – Conduct property and market reconnaissance, ensure detailed pipeline tracking, and assist in closing transactions.• Strategic Influence – Play a key role in shaping investment strategies and optimizing deal flow through collaboration with our Executive Team. Who You Are: • A Real Estate Enthusiast – You have 3+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions, underwriting, or a related field (multifamily experience preferred). • Financially Savvy – Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, CoStar, and other real estate data analytics tools. • Detail-Oriented & Analytical – You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for identifying the nuances that make a great investment.• A Relationship Builder – Excellent communication and networking skills to maintain key partnerships with brokers, lenders, and industry professionals. • Self-Motivated & Entrepreneurial – You take initiative, work independently, and are eager to make a lasting impact within a growing investment firm. • Education & Expertise – A BS/BA in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus) and a proven track record of successful investments.
