Job Title: Oracle EPM Functional Consultant (PBCS / FCCS / ARCS / TRCS)Location: 100% RemoteDuration: Long-Term ContractClient: Large Enterprise Implementing Full Oracle EPM SuiteAbout theRole:Our client is in the process of implementing the full Oracle EPM Cloud Suite, including PBCS (Planning & Budgeting), FCCS (Financial Consolidation & Close), ARCS (Account Reconciliation), and Tax Reporting/TRCS. We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Implementation Specialist / Functional Consultant who has delivered multiple end-to-end EPM programs and can lead workshops, gather business requirements, configure EPM applications, coordinate with ERP/Finance teams, and support CRP/SIT/UAT cycles.Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation Leadership• Conduct discovery workshops, business requirement sessions, and gather detailed use cases with FP&A, Controllership, and Accounting teams. • Perform Fit-Gap Analysis across Planning, Consolidation, Reconciliation, and Tax modules. • Develop future-state business process flows and recommend best practices for EPM adoption. • Lead EPM design, including dimensions, metadata structures, business rules, forms, dashboards, and data models. Configuration & Build• Configure and implement the following Oracle EPM modules:• PBCS / EPBCS – planning models, workforce planning, CapEx, revenue planning, custom cubes.• FCCS – consolidation rules, close calendar, ownership management, elimination rules, translations. • ARCS – reconciliation formats, profiles, match rules, workflows, automation. • TRCS – tax provisioning, tax reporting, data flows (if applicable). • Build and maintain metadata, hierarchies, smart lists, calculation rules, mappings, and forms. • Assist with FR & MR reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis queries. Cross-Functional Coordination• Work closely with ERP (Oracle Cloud Financials) functional teams for data flows between ERP → EPM.• Collaborate with FP&A, Corporate Accounting, and Financial Close teams to align reporting needs. • Coordinate with Data Integration / IT teams on EPM Automate, Data Management, BICC, and ODI pipelines. Testing & Deployment• Lead CRP (Conference Room Pilot), SIT, UAT, and Parallel Close testing. • Prepare test scripts, validate scenarios, and support testing teams. • Troubleshoot integration issues, reconciliation exceptions, and consolidation logic defects. • Assist in cutover planning, go-live activities, and production stabilization.Post-Go-Live Support & Enhancements:• Provide hypercare support, training sessions, user documentation, and knowledge transfer. • Develop enhancements, optimization improvements, and automation of manual processes. • Recommend governance and EPM Center of Excellence (CoE) operating models. Required Skills & Experience• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud implementation. • Strong expertise in at least two of the following:PBCS / EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, TRCS, EDMCS. • Experience conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and leading design sessions.• Strong functional understanding of FP&A, Financial Close, Consolidation, Reconciliations, and tax reporting. • Hands-on experience with Data Management (DM), EPM Automate, SmartView, Reporting Studio, and integrations.
